Membership & Billing Authorization

By enrolling in this membership, I authorize Y & M Health Solutions to charge my payment method on file $79.00 (plus applicable tax) today.
This payment will repeat automatically on this same day, every month, until I cancel.
I understand and agree that my membership renews automatically each billing period.
If your renewal day does not exist in a given month (for example, the 31st), you will be charged on the last day of the month
Continued membership authorizes Y & M Health Solutions to charge the then-current membership fee to my payment method on each renewal date, without further notice, unless I cancel in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below.
I am responsible for keeping my payment method current. If a charge is declined, Y & M Health Solutions may retry the charge and/or suspend access until payment is resolved.
I have read and agree to these Membership Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Cancellation Policy set out in this document.

You may cancel your membership at any time, starting today.
To avoid your next charge, cancel by 11:59 p.m. Eastern, at least one day before your anniversary date — the same calendar day each month as your original signup date, on which your membership renews and your payment method is charged.
If you cancel after that cutoff, your card will be charged for the upcoming billing period, and cancellation will take effect starting the following billing cycle.
You will keep access through the end of the period you’ve already paid for. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days of a billing period after cancellation.
Cancellation can be completed through your account settings or by contacting Y & M Health Solutions directly at info@ymhealthsolutions.com.
Once cancelled, no further charges will be made to your payment method unless you re-enroll in the membership.

Y & M Health Solutions collects and uses member information solely to administer this membership, process payments, and provide the services included with it.
Personal and payment information is collected at signup and stored securely with our payment processor; full card numbers are not stored on our systems.
Member information is not sold to third parties and is shared only as needed to process payments, provide services, or comply with the law.
Members may request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of their personal information by contacting Y & M Health Solutions, subject to records we are required to retain.
Session Recordings & Consent– For recorded sessions, recording begins only after the member’s verbal or written consent is obtained at the start of that session. Recordings and any questions discussed are used solely to support and document the member’s own care navigation, and are not shared with, sold to, or used by any other entity, provider, or third party without the member’s explicit authorization.
